Doncasters has entered into long-term strategic customer partnerships with leading leading aerospace and and IGT engine OEMs to address critical supply chain capacity constraints for advanced castings.
These agreements include a 15-year aeroengine blades and vanes supply arrangement, supported by direct OEM co-investment to expand manufacturing capacity. The components are interchangeable with OEM aeroengine blades and vanes and form part of a broader collaboration that positions Doncasters as a long-term preferred solutions partner, while providing strong multi-year demand visibility.

Airfoils: blades and vanes
Manufactured across equiaxed, directionally solidified, and single crystal designs, these components operate in the hot section of engines and turbines and require exceptional dimensional and metallurgical precision.

Large, complex stationary components such as turbine center frames, bearing housings, combustion diffusers, seals, injector housings, and nozzles, produced using some of the largest investment casting equipment in the world.
