Airfoils: blades and vanes
Manufactured across equiaxed, directionally solidified, and single crystal designs, these components operate in the hot section of engines and turbines and require exceptional dimensional and metallurgical precision.
Engine structural castings
Large, complex stationary components such as turbine center frames, bearing housings, combustion diffusers, seals, injector housings, and nozzles, produced using some of the largest investment casting equipment in the world.
Hot-side turbocharger wheels
Energy-harvesting components that convert exhaust gases into mechanical energy, improving engine efficiency and performance.

Doncasters is a leading manufacturer of engine ready compressor and turbine airfoils, blades, vanes, inlet guide vanes, variable vanes and fan blades serving the aerospace and industrial gas turbine industry.
The Group’s capabilities include machining from Doncasters’ indigenous casting sources and direct material supply of precision airfoils. Investment cast turbine airfoils are produced in a wide range of equiaxed, single crystal and directionally solidified vacuum cast superalloys.

Doncasters manufactures a wide range of high specification cast combustion components and systems for high performance applications
The product range which extends across many programmes, includes caps, venuturis, transition pieces, impingements, flow sleeves, combustion baskets, liners, ducts, fairings, oil and drain tanks, reheat and augmentor flaps, discharge nozzles, fuel manifolds and injectors, engine casings, bearings and turbine housings, attenuators, nacelle components and jet pipes. The materials used to manufacture the products include nickel alloys.

Doncasters is a leading supplier of cast and fabricated heat shields and seal segments to the aerospace and industrial gas turbine (IGT) industries.
Materials include cobalt and nickel base alloys and high temperature stainless steels.
